Seriously sometimes it's useful for us time warp types to find the
calendar for 87 A.D.  Too bad there isn't a B.C. option.

A reasonable compromise is to have the command

        cal 1 0087
or even
        cal 1 087

give the calendar for January, 87 A.D. and have

        cal 1 87

give the calendar for January, 1987 A.D.
