I need some help getting /etc/routed to work properly with point-to-point network interfaces such as SLIP as provided with 4.3BSD. Currently, I've been forced into making entries in /etc/gateways for all the active SLIP links I use. If I understand properly, routed should to the work of determining routing information and sharing it with other hosts. I've been told that a post 4.3BSD version of routed exists at Berkeley that works properly with SLIP but I have not been successfull in locating it. Can anybody help me in getting a version of routed to work with SLIP? -- Ron Holt {ihnp4,uunet}!iconsys!ron Icon International, Inc. {ihnp4,psivax}!nrcvax!nrc-ut!iconsys!ron Orem, Utah 84058 ARPANET: icon%byuadam.bitnet@wiscvm.wisc.edu (801) 225-6888 BITNET: icon%byuadam.bitnet GEnie: RON-HOLT
