I am looking for Donovan's earlier recordings in true stereo. These
include the acoustic stuff he did for Hickory Records ("Catch The Wind",
"Universal Soldier", "Colours", etc.) and his first two Epic albums,
"Mellow Yellow" and "Sunshine Superman". All American releases of these
albums have been rechanneled. "Sunshine Superman" must have been
recorded in stereo as the songs "Sunshine Superman" (a longer version)
and "Season of the Witch" are in true stereo on his "Greatest Hits" album.
Are there any Donovan fans (or am I the only one?) out there in netland
that know of any import albums that contain this material in true stereo?
