Does anybody know how to get a copy of the proceedings of the
First Int. Conf. on Principles of Know. Rep. and Reasoning,
KR'89, held in May 15-18, 1989 in Toronto ? I already wrote
snail mail to R. Reiter, the Conference Chair but got no
answer.
