[comp.ai] Knowledge based network management

There has been enough interest that I thought I would post the bib
of our work on network management. The only work we have published so far
is on MAP network configuration aids. Papaers are in preparation on
systems for knowledge based monitoring of OSI networks for discovering and
diagnosing problems as well as tuning network performance.

The first paper from the AI Applications Conference is
the most recent and best.
