I am interested in making an expert system that would help an investor pick out good quality stocks. I am not talking about anything as fooling as a stockmarket shortterm forcaster, but simply a set of rules that would select stocks that look like they are good long term investments. Can you tell me of any such work, and where I could find out more about the actual system impremented? thank you
