[comp.ai] Microsoft LISP Macro Problem

I am trying to include the dolist macro into a lisp function to solve an
analogy problem. However, whenever I include the macro in a function, the
interpreter breaks program execution and lists dolist as an undefined
function. 

How does one declare a macro to be used in MULISP?
