The March 20, 1989 Info World (volume 11, issue 12) article,
mentions a public domain ES called Regis and suggests that it can
be obtained from BBS's. Does anyone know specifically where it
can be obtained?

Can someone post some information about how to post to comp.ai.shells ?
In particular, what is the procedure for sending in a expert system shell
summary (as part of the on-going survey of expert system shells) ?
