I am writing a prolog program that solves the N-Queens problem. Does anyone happen to have such a program? Or know of any reference about the N-Queens problem? Thanks for your time and help. -Jimmy.

Hello Ivan Bratko wrote an introduction for PROLOG. (I like that book) It contains 3 examples of the N-queen problem. If the author does not be suffient to get the book ask me again. I own the german edition of that book but I dont know offhand the english title. Hope this will help you Stefan Bachert
