[comp.ai] Wanted: Fault Diagnosis Expert Systems

Hi,
               Could somebody suggest what the fastest way   
that I could build an expert system for the fault diagnosis of
electro-mechanical systems is? I have a working knowledge of 
Common Lisp and C++. Do send me e-mail at above address. If I get
