Hi Folks, I am currently doing some experimentation into the integration of Rule -based Expert Systems and Neural Networks. For the this purpose I was wondering if there are any public domain rule-based expert systems written in C or C++, available via ftp. The systems need not be complex in nature, a simple rule-based system would be fine to allow me to become familiar with the concepts.
