Recently, someone posted a list of technical reports available from New Mexico State University on various topics in computional linguistics and artificial intelligence. I ordered several of the reports and am quite satisfied with what I received. The prices were very reasonable, and the quality was excellent. Does anyone know of other universities that provide a similar service? If so, could you provide me with an email or snail mail address that I can use to obtain their latest report lists and prices? You could do worse than email CogSci@uk.ac.ed (modulo reversal of components if that's what your mailer needs) --- the Centre for Cognitive Science at the University of Edinburgh -- and ask for a list of their Technical Reports, Working Papers and PhD Theses. You could also email HCRC@uk.ac.ed --- the Human Communication Research Centre at the University of Edinburgh --- and ask for their Research Report list. I'm biased of course :-).
