You could also do worse than to send e-mail to Barbara Moore
(bmoore@cs.cmu.edu) at the Center for Machine Translation and/or to David
Evans (dae@lcl.cmu.edu or dae@cs.cmu.edu) at the Laboratory for
for lists of their technical reports.
