Can anyone recommend a good book or a review paper on the concepts of

	  	o Predictive Control
	  	o Adaptive Control, and
	  	o Self-Tuning Controllers

I am looking for an introductory book that explains these concepts
in clear terms, and also discusses the applications of Neural Nets
in these domains for the purpose of process control.
