[news.misc] Help in networking

I'm not sure this is where I should post this but I'm trying to help a friend
of mine who is the head of a Computer Science department at a small community
college. He wishes to hook to a network, Usenet if possible but doesn't
know who to contact for more information. If you could send a contact name
and number to me via e-mail I will make sure that he gets to see it.
