Wasn't there a U.S. supreme court ruling about the "air waves" being free? Isn't it legal to own a satellite dish antenna? Usenet, as a BROADCAST medium is free. If you broadcast an article on this net, you should not expect someone to "jam" it from re-transmission, even if he charges money for the transmission costs. Remove tongue from cheek.
