Usually, the best way to get information like this is to call her up and ask her. That will also give you a chance to ask whether she reads her mail regularly. If you don't have her number, the university will almost certainly have an operator or general-inquiry number that can supply it. If you don't know the university's number, long-distance directory assistance can supply that. If you don't know how to reach them, your local telephone operator can help you find out how.
