[news.misc] Net Access in England?

peggy@ddsw1.MCS.COM (Peggy Shambo) (01/01/90)

I will be moving to England in the near future (check my .sig!) and
would really like to be able to maintain contact with the net somehow.
Can anyone help me in finding some kind of public access (or business
or university that would charge me a nominal fee) somewhere in the
south of England?

I just kind of guessed by picking this newsgroup to ask my question.
If you can direct me to a better newsgroup, I'd appreciate that, too.

Thanks in advance,
Peggy

Hello,

I'm going to be relocating to Chicago to work at Rush Presbyterian
Hospital shortly. There are lots of unix machines there, but no Usenet
connections.

Does anyone know of any Universities or other organizations
in the Chicago area that might be willing to feed news to a new site?
( I tried contacting University of Illinois-Chicago but, they don't
get Usenet)

Thanks for your help,

Brian
