Two multi-part questions: 1) Are there any public-access USENET sites in NW Arkansas, e.g., the Fayetteville (home of the University of Arkansas) area? Are there any USENET sites at all in that area? 2) What would it take to set up a USENET site (hardware, software, communications)? I'd guess a 386 UNIX box with a Trailblazer or other 9600 bps modem and a dedicated phone line; what would all that cost? What if there isn't another site within the local phone area? Thanks.
