I am seeking any publications (or unpublished papers) that discuss the use of notesfiles and similar systems (e.g., rn). By "use" I mean the manner in which users have used the system, how they have reacted to the software, how it has benefited users, how an organization's characteristics influence its use, other influences on its use, ... In other words, I seek discussions about user behavior (individual and group) with such software. Any knowledge of any such papers? Any ideas about where I should look for such papers? R. I.
