[news.software.notes] Current Notes Rev. Level?

I have looked in news.software.notes on four regional machines, and none
had the answer to my question, so here goes...  I am looking at a copy
of the Notesfile Reference Manual, but it was last revised in Oct. 1985.
There is considerable interest in installing Notes at my site, but I 
suspect that I do not have the latest information.  Could someone "in
the know" please tell me what the current Rev. level is for Notes, and
what site has the sources available for anonymous ftp?  Please reply via
email so I don't get flamed for asking dumb questions on the net.  :-}
