Greg's patch file won't work because the line numbers in the second hunk
don't match up with the lines. This is the result either of editing the
patch or using a faulty diff program, I don't know which. Anyway, the
patch blows the patch program out of the water because it's trying to copy
a line it didn't read in.
To apply the patch, change line number 62 to 63 in the second hunk.
