[news.admin] The net is round!

Something strange is going on.  I posted an article to sci.astro earlier
this month.  Today, I found my article in sci.astro again.

Below are parts of the header.  I split the Path: line to fit in 80
columns.  Note that the message ID is different from my original
article, so it looks like someone changed it and reposted.  Note also
that the brl site that has been accused of this sort of thing is
not in the path.

One thing I forgot to mention.  ism780c does not talk to infoswx.

There is not suppose to be a newsfeed between drivax, a newsite, and hal6000,
a notes site.  We made a test run about 3 weeks ago for a news feed from 
hal6000 to drivax, and it bombed off, with notices of failure being mailed 
back to hal6000.  There should have been no news deliver.  Obviously something
has gotten mucked up, and the hal6000 admin and I will look into it.
