We're seeing a lot of postings in comp.mail.elm with that

	Subject: submission for comp-mail-elm

and it's the same two or 3 messages over and over again.  I've sent out
a newgroup message which should unmoderate the newsgroup, but please
everybody ... make sure it get's unmoderated.
