To Sytem Administrators For the past 2 months, I have been generating a LOT of interest about the Soviet Union. Due to considerable changes taking place, and the extra interest in the Soviet Union, I request that we set up a new newsgroup dedicated to passing information on Joint ventures, the recent Quake in Armenia, and the extra attention the Soviet Union is getting these days. Call it what you like!! Perhaps "misc.joint.ventures" for lack of a better name.
