Running 2.11 news software as provided by SCO... After running "expire", running "rn" produces almost endless messages regarding "someone has reset .... assuming nothing read". I can see perhaps getting this message once, but the program appears to produce the message for every group in the active file, before allowing the reader to view the first occupied news group, and then repeating the message process before the next occupied news group can be read. What a pain... I am a neophyte in regards to Usenet, and I suppose there is a simple solution to this problem, but I can't seem to find it in the reference materials available to me.
