The news admin of a major site - rutgers - has told me that the reason he rmgrouped soc.couples at all rutgers machines, including the gateway, is that the group was not created according to guidelines. Most likely, this group would be created here if the vote were ever successfully completed. Thus, could we please finish the vote, or hold it again?
