hello out there: i have a problem which i hope i can get answered here -- if this is the wrong group, i am sorry!! i have been doing the nixpub listing for half a year or so and recently i started cross posting to comp.misc (in addition to pubnet.nixpub). this was started primarily because of inconsistant pubnet connections. the problem is that each time i post the listings, i eventually get mail back (bounced) because the posting cannot be delivered to: pubnet-nixpub@decwrl.dec.com my question is ... who out there in netland is re-routing my postings?? if someone owns up to this, i'd like to know why. if no one steps forward, how can i get this fixed?? any help would be appreciated. -- Phil Eschallier (Preferred E-mail): { root | phile }@LS.COM | Lagniappe Systems' or: ...!uunet!lgnp1!{ root | phile } | Mail/News Gateway (alternate): phile@PRA.COM |

Hopefully, *every* site in pubnet is rerouting the posting. This newsgroup was created as "moderated" by nixpub@warble.uucp, and this was never changed. Either, (1) you need to start putting an "Approved:" header in your messages *and* tell the folks in pubnet.config what to use as the moderator's address and mailpaths, or (2) issue a newsgroup message which resets pubnet.mixpub as unmoderated.
