davidbe@sco.COM (The Cat in the Hat) (06/10/89)
I little while ago I posted an article to talk.bizarre and sco.test, a
local newsgroup (the sco equivilant of talk.bizarre). I have since then
recieved 6 test message daemons back, all claiming to have seen my article
to sco.test.
Is this kind of behaviour intentional? Should the various news servers be
checking only where an article wants to be posted, rather than just deciding
that anything with a test in the newsgroup line is being posted to a valid
test newsgroup? Or is this what I get for posting to a mostly non-existant
newsgroup?
