I am not sure where to post this, so I hope I haven't offended anybody by putting it here. Is there any procedure by which somebody with either a terminal or pc and a modem, but no large campus ethernet, can gain access to NEWS? Somebody sent me a letter with a similar question while I was collecting votes for sci.med.physics. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
