It's all difficult to compare. But agn: 'unido' is not a commercial backbone, but an university. But I think, rates have to go down now with more and more hosts reading news via secondary feeds. We are also refeeding here from Aachen to Hamburg and Flensburg. Also to be taken into account: Packet network costs: DM 0.01 per min. of connection DM 0.05 per connection DM 0.0033 per 64 bytes transferred. News are abt 50,000,000 per month, transfer rate is lower than 9,600.
