comp.music, a forum devoted to research in computers&music is also distributed through a digest called "Music-Research." Some people are able to use comp.music as a normal bboard (e.g. to post and respond to articles), I cannot from my site. If I post an article, it ONLY appears in the digest, but does NOT appear as a normal entry in comp.music. Also, if I respond to an article the same thing occurs. I should add that the posting does happen to appear on MY machine, but it is not distributed to other sites. I have confirmed this by checking with friends, and besides I never get any responses back from people. How can I take advantage of the more direct way of posting to comp.music, as many people seem to be able to do? Thanks in advance, Greg Sandell p.s. Please respond directly to me.
