I'm thinking about offering a public access service. I'd like to
hear from others who are running such a system to find out how
others have set it up (in terms of fee schedules, marketing, etc.)
We're talking small time here. I currently have about 100 BBS (limited
access) users and about 30 normal Unix users. I might be talking
a few hundred "pay-for" users at the most (probably a lot less really),
not so much to make the big bucks, but just to help offset the costs
of modems, phone lines etc.
