Would someone please clear up the Mystery of the Missing Vote Tallies? I was going to say that it almost missed under the 100 NO vote margin, but I just checked the guidelines and didn't see that limit listed. When did it get removed? I believe your memory is in error. I don't think that that margin
ever made it into the guidelines. I do have a vague memory of its
being discussed but I don't think anything ever came of it.
