I have an interesting problem that someone out there might be able to help me with. I have an account with uunet. I also have a few other systems attached to mine that wish to use uunet through my account. Here's the problem. I connect to uunet via Compuserve for $5 per hour. I would like to bill the systems that use uunet on a per hour basis, but I have no idea as to how to determine the time spent online for each system. Not only do I have several systems sending stuff through uunet, but my own stuff is mixed in as well. And you can't really use file size as the determinant of time as the time of transfers may differ according to the quality of line, etc. You also have all the control files that are transferred as well. I'm running SCO Xenix 386/ V2.3.1. Anyone have any ideas on the subject? E-mail responses prefered. Thanx in advance. -- Jesse W.
