Excuse me, Chuq, your failed to crosspost this correctly. You left off
rec.humor....

Call for a vote. I'll be glad to vote against it. Of course, if you want
to start a newsgroup about breeding birds, then you should use the biz.
groups (or maybe alt. would be better...)

Yes, I know you're being sarcastic (at least, I HOPE you aren't serious),
but this is really getting a little excessive, isn't it? One solution 
would be to hold a dual vote on the aquaria group--for rec. and sci.
Whichever gets the most votes (and meets the newsgroup formation 
requirements, of course) wins.
