Is it possible to configure Bnews so that newsgroups that are not in your active file are still passed on to other sites? The reason for asking is that I often wait several days before creating some newsgroups, if I believe them to be transitory (I usually do this only on some of the more bizarre "alt" groups). Local users can still read these groups by looking in the junk group, if they are interested. However, the news software does not send these articles on downstream; they are simply junked. This prevents the downstream administrators from making their own decision about these groups. Have I missed something in the manuals, or is this possible? Thanks, -Lee Ziegenhals
