A friend of mine asked me to post this. I'm not sure what group it
should go in, I'm guessing from the name that this is a good choice.
If it's not, pls let me know where it should go.

HELLO:
We are the Institute of Systems Science located in Singapore. We would like to
link with the rest of the usenet community. We are already on BITNET thru our
own local university here. Is there anyway to get netnews thru bitnet? The
university is running an IBM 3081 and we have unix boxes with uucp running. It
should be possible for us to connect our IBM RT/PC to 3081 and transfer files.
We have linked with a local company with a connection abroad but phone bills
are too costly and also a waste since we are on bitnet anyway.
