Attention Franz implementation wizards: How can I adjust the constants in the source to give me a bigger namestack? I tried doubling NAMESIZE (to 6144) and setting TTSIZE to 16000, and this works. However, I am greedy, and I want an even larger namestack: the trouble is, if I increase NAMESIZE too much, Lisp can't recover gracefully from a namestack overflow, and core dumps all over my nice shiny floor. My question: what are the guidelines for increasing the size of the namestack? Thanks. Herb Jellinek, burdvax!hdj
