Today I was notified by the news software of 15 control messages that
created various news groups and changed others from moderated to
unmoderated. They all originated from news@nfsun. Are these "legal"
control messages? I am unfamiliar with most of the groups that were
effected, but (for example) I find it hard to believe that rec.humor.funny
is supposed to be unmoderated.
