What does it mean when we get entires like this in our news log file?

Site umn-cs is our news feeder. We are site ns. Did we expire it?
Or did umn-cs expire it? Or was it someone else altogether?
I am assuming some rutgers articles are having trouble getting here very
quickly, as rutgers seems to be the only one that ever causes this message.

This is most likely a map update.. The updates use the "Supersedes" header,so the news software generates this message when the article is not around to be superseded. Len -- Len Rose - Netsys,Inc. len@ames.arc.nasa.gov or len@netsys
