What is the "approved" procedure that is used to check the validity of
ones "active" file? I have seen the "checkgroups" messages, and when I
follow the procedure outlined in them, nothing "seems" to be generated.
Obviously, I am not the only one that could use this information.
Perhaps a quarterly posting of a "pointers for news administrators"
might not be a bad idea?
