[news.sysadmin] check your crontab entries

If you are going back to Standard Time on Sunday morning,
check that you have nothing that will run between 1:00
and 2:00 amfrom crontab.  Otherwise it'll get run twice!

I experienced this when my sytem decided to re-compile the maps TWICE!  At first
I didn't realize why this happened as I didn't think the system would know to
change the time automatically...
