Regretably, TELECOM Digest published some excerpts from a Dow Jones Broadtape report and they (DJ) got huffy about it. I am cancelling message 01 from volume 9 issue 82. The article was written by John R. Levine. A cancel message is going out from chip@vector, who operates the gateway we use for comp.dcom.telecom, but it will take awhile to get around, so if you don't mind I would appreciate your manual intevention in removing the message and putting this one in its place. DJ asked to have the message removed from circulation and I said we would try to catch every copy possible. They are not angry, just a little miffed that the excerpts used were longer than they felt appropriate having not obtained permission.
