I'm posting this because about a month ago there was another inquiry about Lisp implementations on IBM machines. This was long long ago. I know that Swedes have implemented INTERLISP on IBM/360-370 machines. I've got following references: 1. The Reference Manual of INTERLISP/360-370 Datalogilaboratoriet, Sturegatan 1 S-752 23 Uppsala Sweden 2. Lisp-details by Anders Haraldson (DLU74/14) Datalogilaboratoriet Institute for informationsbehandling Uppsala University Sweden INTERLISP/360-370 is an implementation of a subset of INTERLISP on the IBM/360 and similar systems. It contains an interpreter, a set of basic functions, edit, break and a compiler. Anybody in Sweden know more about these?? -- Esa K Viitala ({decvax,philabs}!mcvax!kvport!kvvax4!esa) A/S Kongsberg Vaapenfabrikk, CTG4, P.O.Box 25, N-3601 Kongsberg Norway

We are looking for a LISP system that will work on an IBM. The system is an IBM 4341 with VMCMS and a C compiler, though information about a LISP that runs on any IBM will be appreciated. Also, who is responsible for distributing Franz Lisp, and how difficult do you think it would be to take the C code and make it compile/work on the IBM. As I said, ALL information will be greatly appreciated. an advance thanks, matthew diaz jhu/apl, laurel, md 20707
