I'm thinking of getting a full newsfeed from uunet but am worried a
bit about the cost (no, I won't be paying for all of it, but even a
fraction of a large bill could ruin my budget. I wanna new disk!)
So, what I would like is for people who are getting a full newsfeed,
or a nearly full newsfeed, from uunet, through a Telebit Trailblazer,
to send me:
1) a description of your system.
2) the rules your system uses for calling uunet and uunet uses to
call you.
3) some idea of your monthly uunet bills.
4) anything relevant that you think I overlooked.
Please reply via e-mail and I will summarize.

(PS to South Florida admins: I have three other people who have
stated tentative willingness to help foot the bill. If there are any
others interested, let me know. The purpose of this is to give us
some redundancy: we really only have one link, uflorida [thanks
guys!], for news and when that goes we're stuck. Remember the recent
outages?)
