[news.sysadmin] OLD ARTICLES REAPPEARING!

A bunch of old articles have started reappearing, after hanging
around somewhere in Rochester area for a while.  Here's a sample

Be d*mned.  Here I thought I had somehow mis-installed C news on nc386 and
telotech, and it turns out that it's a net-wide problem.

Well, at least I don't have to worry about trying to decipher which part of C
news I botched....
