We are attempting to set up a number of 'recordings' for the users
at our site. We have discovered how to use the recording feature
except that we can only make it work for the one segment, (like
'junk', 'camel', or 'test') newsgroups. For some reason we have
been unable to make this work for multi-segment newsgroups, (like
'ba.test', 'news.newusers.questions','comp.ai' etc.). So far we have
been unable to find any documentation on this, (at least none that
offered any help or solutions to this). If you have set up the
'recordings' feature on your system and have been able to overcome
the above problem I would very much like to hear from you. Failing
that, if you have any documentation, (quit laughing), on this I
would really appreciate it if you forwarded me a copy.
