Now that's really odd -- I sent that out quite a long time ago, and when
it went out, it had a message-id that had my hostname in it, not the one

Dear Mr. Christiansen, I am a staff at TIT (in Japan). We were handling unprocessed news in our site and reposted six of those news with the command 'recnews'. (This command was not proper for our purpose, we notice now.) The message id of your news was rewritten with my own message id by the default mail system and we forgot to specify the Distribution part, in addition. Your news therefore was broadcasted in the world. I am awfully sorry for doing such a poor operation. Yours sincerely. -- --------------------------------------------- hmatsuda@cc.titech.ac.jp (Hiroyuki Matsuda) Computer Center, Tokyo Institute of Technology Oh-okayama 2-12-1, Meguro-ku, Tokyo, JAPAN 152 (03) 726-1111 ext. 3299 ---------------------------------------------
