In 2.11 it appears that spaces are important in the sys file:
foo:world, comp.foo, comp.bar, \
comp.baz, comp.quux,\
control:F:/usr/spool/batch/foo
results in news not being sent, while
foo:world,comp.foo,comp.bar,\
comp.baz,comp.quux,\
control:F:/usr/spool/batch/foo
results in news passing ok.
I don't know if spaces mattered before. I just added a partial feed
and the entry is real long. I added spaces and \'s for legibility.
